I never leave reviews! For the first time, I actually want to. I simply can't express my gratitude and admiration for the realtor services received from Ms. Debra Dobbs. I contacted her online with uncertain expectations as to the outcome. My 25 year old son in Chicago (and I in TN) had unexpectedly lost his lease and had no place to reside. To add to the stress level my son had a new boss and a new promotion which required his energies. Within a matter of hours, Debra had located several properties within his price and geographic range. Within a matter of 2 days she had an offer prepared to the broker handling the owner's properties We thought our stress was over. Alas, it had not even begun. The owner's broker was incompetent, the owner in a foreign country, etc. Through more time and trouble than ever imagined, Debra kept moving the process forward with professionalism and a positive spirit. Finally a lease was signed. With no expectation and wonderful surprise, Debra continued to assist! As my son was out of town, she retrieved his key, checked on the condo. etc. in preparation for his weekend arrival. Currently, she or her staff have offered to be on site at his condo to allow the moving company to access so my son does not have to miss work. I apologize for the length of this post. But, when expectations are exceeded as Debra Dobbs did - it is important to share. Trust Debra with any and all of your real estate needs!
