We truly cannot say enough about Penny and our experience buying a home with her. She is thoughtful, kind, open, honest, communicative, professional supportive, amongst so many other things. We worked with Penny when we purchased our first home in 2020 and built such a positive relationship, fast forward 4 years and 1 baby later, she was right back helping us again. My favorite thing about Penny, and one that meant the most to us, is the fact that Penny was there and responsive every minute of every day. If we had a question, or a concern, or even just a thought, Penny was right there. The relationship with her is so natural that it never felt like we were bothering each other. That type of reliability and trust is so important when it comes to such a stressful and big decision and we are so grateful to have found that with her. Outside of just the amazing bond, Penny's local knowledge of the South Bay is so good. Penny is also very professional, we had some challenges with our counterparts during the purchase but Penny held ground and understood that maintaining a good relationship with them would go a long way, and boy was she right. Outside of just the legal/technical knowledge in real estate, Penny also understood the relationship and people side of it, which in my opinion is just as important, if not more important. Penny will be lifelong for us and we are so grateful for her.

Ive always heard how important it is to work with a realtor you can trust , rely on, and be on the same page with. Karina is all of that and more.. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. From beginning to end the whole process was as smooth as can be. She not only answered all of my questions (which may have been excessive), she was patient with me and detailed with all her answers. There was trust built immediately because she tells like it like it is so I have the right expectations, timelines, deadlines, and all the ins and outs. From house hunting, home improvement ideas, things to be careful/lookout for, market environment, insight into the competition and the sellers, she did it all. The dedication and time she took to make me feel reassured, even at my lowest points throughout, is the reason why I'm writing this review and will tell ALL of my friends and family who need a realtor. Its like she instinctively knew how I was feeling and always had the right things to say at the right times. Shes a professional and does all the little things you cant even imagine or think of. Even after closing she is asking me how are things and giving advice! You cannot find a more dedicated person who has her experience, warmth, and tenacity to get a deal done in your favor. 100% she will be my only realtor ever. We are very thankful that we engaged Jackie as our real estate agent. We are very picky and decided on her because of the positive and enthusiastic vibe that she gave us when we first met her. Our instinct turned out to be correct. We could not have been happier. It was a pleasure working with her throughout the entire home-buying process. Having purchased several homes in the past as we moved around, we have come in contact with many agents. And Jackie was the best that we have had. She was a great resource. She had a vast knowledge of the South Bay area of L.A. and the fluctuating market conditions. She made sure to stay within what we had told her were our budgetary parameters, had vast knowledge of the market condition in the entire South Bay of Los Angeles, and had a good feel for the level of competition that we were facing from other purchasers. She was always reachable and responsive. We did not have to deal with assistants or colleagues. It was personal service with a constant avenue of communications.
