Honestly, Christine was a pleasure to work with. As you can imagine buying and selling a house in the 2021 market had its challenges, but Christine helped navigate through every step of the process. Personable, candid and always calm, she was always on the ball, responsive, while not being too pushy. Very professional and knowledgeable, she helped ready our condo for showings, did a great job with the marketing and finalizing of the sale of our condo. When looking for a single family she had great insight into the local area and neighborhoods. When it came to finalizing the process on both buying and selling sides she was very detail oriented, well experienced and always had great guidance and understanding of our needs. Our family had the great fortune of meeting Christine by chance, in her office on the day we began the hunt for our first home. We were so taken by her warmth, openness and impressive knowledge of the locale that we adopted her as our buyers agent immediately. She was excellent, she had strong negotiation skills, really listened to us and with her expertise we secured a wonderful house. When the time came to sell the property, we knew these were qualities we again wanted in a realtor, so we have had the rare privilege of working with Christine both as buyers and as sellers. As a sellers agent her beautiful marketing of the property was efficient and impressive. Communication was clear, open and prompt. She advocated for us very well.
