Tabata played a key support role in the listing & sale of our property in Anacortes Washington. Her process experience in our activity was largely around all the details & paperwork of listing & responding to offers, navigating the appropriate websites, applying the most user-friendly tools & a broad knowledge of how & where to research required information. All of her skills in these areas were outstanding & efficient. In our engagement, she was a 24/7 person, extremely responsive & thorough in all her responses. She coordinated all showings, managed brokers opens & showed the property independently several times. She is calm, professional, clear-thinking & virtually unflappable in difficult situations. Her organizational skills set her apart from others in detail, focus & follow-through. She has worked real estate in the Skagit area for 4 years so is quite knowledgeable of the area and helpful in offering resources and contacts as required. Our experience with Taby did not involve sales negotiation skills, so I believe adequate is the correct response for our situation.
