Mandy was wonderful from start to finish! She called us back promptly when we first reached out to her office, and spent quite a while listening to us, getting a sense of who we were and what we were looking for. On our first visit to the area, she showed us several different neighborhoods and different houses to help us better nail down our parameters. Her intimate knowledge and love of the area showed clearly during the tour - shes lived in Scotts Valley all her life. Soon afterwards, she identified the perfect house for us! She got us through the offer process quickly and professionally, and once our offer was accepted, she was happy to schedule most of the inspections for the same day so that we could be present for them. In addition to her efficiency and excellent communication, her warmth and friendliness made her a pleasure to work with. While we hope not to have to buy a house again anytime soon, we would work with Mandy again in a heartbeat!
