Melanie did a phenomenal job leading my husband and I through the purchase of our first home. From the start she helped us fully understand the process, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Mel was extremely responsive with each text/email for every question we had, and was quick to set up showings for us. When our house search became frustrating, Mel assured us that we would find our home and put us at ease. She was incredibly detail-oriented and honest, two traits which helped us really determine what we wanted from a home. This helped us decide to relocate our house search, a change which Mel was seamless with. Mel's responsiveness, flexibility, and determination allowed us to jump on the perfect home when we found it. Through this crazy market we were able to secure our offer before the open house was even held, and have a very smooth home buying process. We have been in our new home for 2 weeks now, and are incredibly thankful to have worked with Mel to get here!

From start to a very quick finish, Melanie was with us 100 percent, every step of the journey. She listened to what we were looking for and helped prioritize our elements; provided comprehensive listings of what we should see; once we winnowed down, she did due diligence on the houses we wanted to see. Initially, we thought we might settle for a rental until we could find our home, but entirely due to Melanie, we found our new house quickly. And when bumps in the road arose during contract/sale, Melanie was right there make the process move expediently. Quite simply, we would not have our home if not for all of Melanie's guidance. From the get she was professional, on the ball in a way we've never experienced, thoughtful, understanding and has a great sense of humor to boot. If there were 30 stars to hand out, she'd get 30 from us.
