My family started working with Alex to buy a house due to our relocation from Indiana to Cincinnati. I was expecting that finding a house in a different state would not be an easy task, but Alex successfully led my family to find a great house in a short term. We started looking at houses in several areas covering a variety of neighborhoods. Alex's actions were very quick and helpful. For example, Alex helped us to book several viewings of houses while we made a day trip to Cincinnati. He is very familiar with all the neighborhood around Cincinnati that helped us to make good judgements for the choices of our house. My family believe that one of Alex's strengths is his responsiveness because buying a house requires a series of many actions (booking for viewing, negotiations, signing documents etc.) among the buyer, the realtor and the seller.
