I was fortunate to stumble upon Sharon when inquiring about a house I saw for sale. It was already pending at the time of my inquiry, but Sharon set up a meeting, listened closely to what I needed in a new home, and communicated daily regarding listings that checked all of my boxes. Sharon was available at a moment's notice to arrange showings, demonstrated incredible perseverance to help me find my perfect place, and evolved with my house requirements as I continued refining my needs based on what we viewed. I also hired Sharon to sell my previous house. She created a detailed report on comps in the area and I was very pleased with the price she listed the house, her explanations for why the listing price was established, and also the services Comey provided to create photos and potential staging arrangements.
