If you are considering buying or renting a home, contacting Sylvia Mattingly is a necessity! She is everything a realtor should be and more! We purchased a second Home in the OBX, site unseen, and she went above and beyond what would be expected of her. She gave virtual tours, FaceTime tours on our schedules and honest reviews based on her experience and local knowledge. She could have sold us on a more expensive home that needed more work to increase her commission, but she didnt. We quickly found out it is not about the money with Sylvia. She truly wants you, the client, to be happy and does everything she can to make that happen, 24/7 in our case. I honestly didnt realize the importance of a good realtor and how much value they bring until we started working with Sylvia. We thought we could look and do it ourselves just browsing Zillow and other sites, basically treading water making no real progress. It was only when we contacted Sylvia, did our dream of owning a home start to take shape. Ive had experience with a bad realtor and Sylvia is the very definition of what a true professional is.
