During the height of COVID-19 my wife and I were relocating. My niece and her husband were already working with Rommi. They highly recommended her to us and it was an excellent decision on our part. Since we were in another city we initially communicated over the phone to make our needs and preferences known. After that we mostly communicated via email and text until we finally met on our single house hunting trip. Rommi has many automated tools that helped us see what was available and judge how the housing market was moving. She initially set up some automated daily reports for us, and we could supplement those with our own searches on her tools. We identified about 25 homes we wanted to see. I thought she might think that was too many! We arranged a couple of days to visit the area and Rommi made arrangements to visit all the properties on our list. COVID-19 required some unusual steps like wearing mask and gloves at some homes. Rommi made sure we adhered to the owners request. By day three of our visit we chose a home to make an offer. We spoke at length to determine what to include in our offer. Our offer was accepted and then things really took off! Rommi recommended several parties she has experience with that helped us. This included a lender, home inspection, appraiser, and home insurance. During the entire process Rommi remained engaged with us. I am completely satisfied with our purchase and the tremendous service Rommi provided us. I always felt she was looking after our interest and cared about us.
