Heather had my back from day one. I have been looking at homes from November 2021-April 2022. I made a couple offers on nice homes, but the process for each home was....interesting. She had my back in some strange counter offers and let me know the pros and cons of certain documents tied to said homes. She knew my style and desire to have acreage for my horse and donkey and even went to a couple homes I was interested but couldn't get to and included me in on the details. None of these homes were a good fit for me and she realized that. The day the perfect home (which I am living in as I write this!!), she did not hesitate to set up a time and told me exactly the steps I need to take to make this home mine.
