During our time working with Cora, she educated us on things we needed to do to get the most money out our house. She assisted us in taking care of issues that came up on the house inspection and getting everything repaired for the new owners in a timely manner . She also made sure that the yard was maintained during the sales process. Since we had relocated to Indiana she kept us informed of all that was going on a daily basis . Cora coordinated with plumbers, maintenance personnel, landscapers and others on our behalf to get repairs done . She collected our mail and sent it to us in Indiana multiple times. She staged our house with her own items to present a welcoming appearance. She watered the grass daily to keep it green . Cora tirelessly got the details taken cared of in record time ( 30 days ) in order to meet the needs of the new homeowners . Cora is a diamond and we would highly recommend her services to family and friends who need to sell or buy a new home .
