Kim is honest, friendly, easy to work with, responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. Working with her was a pleasure. My husband and I were thrilled with our experience with Kim. As first time home buyers in an area that we weren't familiar with, our number one priority was finding and HONEST realtor to assist us. Kim was honest, kind, and attentive to our needs. The entire process was fun and easy and resulted in us finding our dream home. Kim went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped us to carefully inspect each house to ensure that we weren't getting into a situation we would later regret. She never pressured us or gave us a sales pitch. Instead, she tried to help us find the best match for our wants and needs. She also provided us with scores of business cards for local services (lawyer, inspector, fence builder, septic guy, oil company, etc). All of the people she recommended have been awesome. She also did little (but way beyond the call of duty) things that we did not expect. When we had a piece of furniture that we wanted to store at the house (a few days before the sale) and the sellers were unwilling, she took it home with her and kept it for us until after the close. What?! That is awesome.
