Katie is by far the best agent I have ever met. From the first time we spoke to begin the process of selling my home she made me feel like she was completely dedicated to helping me not just get the best price but do so quickly and have a positive experience. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, providing excellent tips to improve the showing of the home and getting it sold quickly. We had a bidding war the first week after placing my home on the market! Katie made me feel like a close personal friend throughout what became a very frustrating sale, staying in touch, quickly answering questions anytime of the day and evening. She was able to provide references for agents to assist me with finding my next home out of her area and out of state. Although the difficulties were not a result of anything she did, she worked tirelessly with me to get each obstacle cleared and did her best to alleviate my stress through to the final closing.
