We were referred to Judy by our agent who sold our house in California. We met with her almost immediately after we arrived in CT and almost immediately went out looking at houses with her.She gave us great insight into the area as it related to our needs and wants. We came to the table with ideas of our own, but with her frankness and knowledge, she had us rethink some of what we were thinking, and we are glad we did. She was responsive and very available, as we were eager to find our new house. We were targeted in our searching and were quick to move onto the next house if a certain house wasn't a fit....and we seemed to be on the same page on this very quickly once we entered and decided it wasn't for us.I liked and appreciated the nuanced advice she gave when looking at houses. Not only did she understand what we would like for a house to live in now, but also the pluses and minuses it might cause down the road when we would want to sell - which to me was very important.As an extra plus, she was also very good at giving us design ideas that would improve the house, which we did before we filled it with furniture.I certainly recommend her services.
