We initially met Carl as we began our search for a home. Carl showed us dozens of existing homes, noting what we liked/disliked in each, and pointing out to us various reactions we had to each home - often reactions we hadn't even noticed ourselves! We were instantly impressed by Carl's energy and enthusiasm for his work - he took our search seriously, and we always felt like we mattered to him personally. We were amazed by his knowledge of things to look for in a home, warning signs and positive points - and we learned so much from him at each home we visited. Ultimately, we began thinking about building a new home, and Carl was equally knowledgeable and helpful throughout that entire process.
