Selling a home is more than a nightmare to the average home owner. I have been through it before with a most untasteful experience.Until the day I met Mr Jose a Hernandez. Apparently he was responding to my online internet browsing for a new homes in the surrounding and outlying areas of Southern California. I was surprised at his professional no rush or puch attitude. He was direct and answered my questions with his sole concern in what it was I needed as much as services in completing my task of Sale and Search.Without asking, he provided me with a professionally prepared perspective of the home sales and purchases in my area. he provided a current market evaluation of the value of my home.This he did without asking anything. He was polite and professional unlike the norm. He let his actions and work speak for themseles. He said simply by telling me that if there was anything I needed, all I had to do was call. I reviewed what he provided and did just that, I called him.Jose A Hernandez sold my home for the price I had suspected and I was and am very pleased. He was clearly the right choice for the services I required. Both he and his assistant speak with actions and not false promises. My experience with realtors is poor, they will insist on reducing price to sell with one thing in mind. Not your well being but the ultimate sale precentage they will obtain. A quick sale is quick money in pocket.Jose has restored my faith in his profession. He and his assistant have my full respect and endorsement.They are truly a dying breed of Real Estate Professionals. Keep up the great work Jose.
