We were from Texas and owned a large bed and breakfast but were ready to retire and move closer to our granddaughters. We had a laundry list of what we were looking for in our next home. Moving from a 7,000 sq. ft. house to a 1000 sq. ft. was our first objective. Since we had always lived in historic properties, that was another want on our list. We also wanted a specific neighborhood, and we werent going to be very accessible to Knoxville during the buying process--if at all! Beth was an absolute jewel!! She worked at keeping us informed as soon as any property came on the market that fit our criteria. She even went to the properties and did FaceTime tours with us! When we finally found the property we wanted, she must have spent the night putting everything together and the next morning we were able to do a cash offer and secure the property. She took care of EVERYTHING and was such a joy to work with. The first time we saw the property was when we went to Knoxville for the closing. Beth hit the nail on the head, it was EXACTLY what we wanted!!
