My wife and I were introduced to Debra in the Fall of 2019 through family. Debra was a fantastic help to us. The main point is that she listened to us, carefully drawing us out to understand our needs and wants and then zeroing in on properties that might fit. We saw a number of properties but kept coming back to the one we eventually bought. Debra helped us evaluate the pros and cons and then guided us on a negotiating strategy that we think ended up with a very fair deal. Then Deb switched to implementation mode and helped us get through the closing and identifying local, trusted contractors to do the projects we want to do before moving in. And all of this done with a friendly, professional, no nonsense approach that made the whole process seem easy.
