Theresa went above and beyond the services of an average real estate agent! Theresa was also superb at staying level headed amongst the chaos and stress of purchasing a home. As an out-of-state buyer for most of the transaction required Theresa to be our hands and feet for most everything involving the purchase of our new home. She was ALWAYS willing and able to assist us in every aspect of purchasing this home, to include meeting with contractors, attending the home inspection, sending pics, face timing, etc. She stayed in constant contact with us and made us feel like we were right there when we were actually 1200 miles away. Theresa gave us great information about the area, was insightful on the market, and was able to negotiate a fair transaction. I really cant say enough good about her to describe how great she made the transaction.

I accidentally met Theresa online while trying to view a house on Zillow. She called back and asked our (husband and self) preferences - builder, community, price range, etc. She sent us homes to view online and within days we put a bid on a house. Since we live up north, she facetimed us and brought us through the house, commenting on the construction, size of the rooms and the community. She led us through the process for purchasing and after the sale, was still available to talk to regarding vendors, handymen and places to shop to furnish our home. She even went to the home and closed our shutters because I had an eye injury that prevented me from driving to Florida. She was respectful, knowledgeable, conversant and always honest when we asked her questions. I could not have had a better experience with a realtor!!
