Stephanie was amazing. She helped us along through a long, tiresome house search and when we finally found our home, she consistently supported us through the follow up as financials got in order and contracts were drawn, up until signing day where she was there with us. She was always very quick to respond to both calls and and email, and would always be able to schedule visits to upcoming properties, since they rarely stay on the market long enough for there to even be an open house. She was extremely knowledgeable on what to look for in houses, what to avoid, locations to be mindful of, and plenty of other things we would not have thought of. She knows a lot about the area, has lots of connections throughout the area and industry. We certainly would never have found our home without her help and can't be more thankful that we had the privilege of working with her.

This is our second transaction Stephanie handled for us (first was as buyer and 4 yrs later as seller). She responds quickly to every text and email, her choice of title Co was excellent for selling and she helped us through glitches when we had to close with other realtors choice as buyers, the photographers she booked representated our home much better than the pics other realtors were publishing, shes adept at electronic docs which saved us time as we relocated, she had good referrals for contractors and other assistance people we needed, and Stephanie booked the necessary appointments for tradesmen and was present to see the jobs were completed well when we couldnt be there. We have bought and sold quite a few properties during our lifetime; Stephanie is certainly a top realtor whether you are a buyer or seller. She provided us with full-service attentiveness, even in this hot market when every realtor is busy.
