We needed to purchase a house in the Corvallis/Albany area, while living in PA. After spending a short period of time with us during a visit to the area, Stephanie learned about our needs and preferences and began to work with us by sending possible options for our consideration via email. When a property was identified that looked like it might work, Stephanie would go and preview the property and then report back. On more than one occasion, Stephanie reported , after seeing it in person, she did not think the property would work for us. Finally a property did present that "looked" viable and then met Stephanie's assurance that she thought we would like it. We made an offer, which was accepted. I flew out to take a look during the seller's disclosure acceptance period and found that she was right. After we confirmed the house would meet our needs, Stephanie handled everything on our behalf, keeping us informed and protected. I recommend Stephanie without reservation.
