Stephanie was recommended to us when we made the move from California to Oregon. We spoke on the phone, emailed and texted for nearly five months before meeting in person, while we waited for our home to sell. Stephanie was completely knowledgeable of every aspect of buying/selling a home, including lenders, escrow and title, contracts, and of the Albany area, and surrounding cities. Once we told her what we were looking for in a home, she began sending us listings and we "fine tuned" our search so she knew just what we liked. I was constantly impressed with her ability to send listings that perfectly matched our needs, while weeding out those that were very close but just not exactly what we wanted. Once we sold our home and traveled to Albany to look for a home, we met with Stephanie and she had several homes for us to see. We spent time with her over the next few days and found the home we wanted before flying back to California. She was completely professional, extremely personable, and organized in her order of seeing homes. She arranged for us to see a couple homes multiple times and was always able to accommodate our requests to view homes again. Once we returned to California, Stephanie was our go to regarding our escrow in Oregon; she helped us every step of the way, including handling inspections and walk thrus, acting as our representative since we were unable to be here. She went above and beyond for us in all aspects of the process; we would have been absolutely lost without her expertise and advice.I would absolutely recommend Stephanie to anyone I knew who was looking to buy or sell a home in this area. She is far and away the best realtor that has ever represented me. I might add that Stephanie also helped my daughter and her family make the move to Oregon, and they also found her to be extremely helpful in finding their dream home; she also acted as their representative in their absence. You can't go wrong with Stephanie Spann!
