I have had several dealings with Tim Parker over the years. His passion for his native Hilltowns coupled with his passion for negotiations and real estate expertise always impresses me. His energy is infectious and pushes both sides to arrive to the best mutual outcome. However, I'd prefer to have him on my side on the negotiations. He is a relentless negotiator and turns every stone for his clients. I think he does it for sport!I highly recommend working with him. He has a great ability to quickly and accurately assess your needs, find a home that best suits those needs, fight for you to get the best price and expedite the process even if the other party may be dragging their feet. However, his motto, I believe, is: "If you don't love it, don't buy it." He really wants you to be happy with your purchase and the process of which he clearly feels is a direct reflection on his part.He helped me figure out a very complicated situation of a rare cooperative share ownership that is an investment property for me. He propelled me to put the unit on the market and guided me as to how to find the best price without loosing money in the interim. I was impressed that he'd know how to help with this obscure situation. He was hugely helpful.He's affable and personable and is a pleasure to work with. He's also reliable, responsive and ethical in his dealings. Although he's negotiating, he keeps it real. This is the guy you want in your camp no matter on what side of the buying or selling end you may be.
