I recently used Ty to represent me as my buying agent in the purchase of an investment property in the city of chino. I have a realtor I regularly use but Ty was the listing broker for this home and I had a strong feeling to go with him instead of my usual realtor. I dont think this purchase would have gone thru if I hadnt used Ty. The sellers where very reluctant to help out with anything which I knew going into the purchase but like anything else once you really investigate we found more problems and I got to a point where I was ready to back out. But Ty was able to find a solution to every hurdle we had to go thru and I'm glad it all worked out. I'm three weeks into remodeling and am enjoying bringing out the potential this property has and hopefully a nice profit when I decide to sell it.
