Yancy Whittaker's customer service reminds me of the service one would fine in a five star hotel. The gentleman that he is.....he was very patient with me. Myself being a first time home buyer my emotions and lack of experience got the best of me at times but Mr. Whittaker guided me professionally through all the steps. He and I were 120 miles apart and this man would view homes at my request and wire me detail photos of property that he took along with property information. We waited together for over a year on a short sale that fell through. Mr. Whittaker was very consistent with phoning on a weekly basis all parties involved with the short sale. Several month later a terrific property became available, we contracted and all parties waited while my loan processed and Mr. Whittaker was a terrific referee with myself, the bank, the sellers and other realtors involved. Absolutely the best real estate agent!!
