It was great working with Alla on the purchase of our new home. She and her team was very efficient with the process and we were able to close on our home faster than anticipated, even though we did a VA loan. She was quick to respond to my calls and texts and despite the long drive time from her office to our house was able to meet with us on a schedule convenient for us. Her recommendation for an initial offer was spot on, despite multiple offers on the house our offer was chosen by a narrow margin because of what she recommended. The office staff she works with were excellent as well, the closing was very quick and despite the one hour drive to the recorder's office, the house was in our name within 45 minutes after closing.
