Ms. Williams supported me on the sale of my home recently and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I had to move across country for work promptly after listing my home, but her efforts afforded me a great peace of mind in how she took ownership in the sale process. She provided me with timely updates on the number of visits and any comments from the prospective buyers. When an offer was presented, she worked to get a price that I was expecting and felt comfortable accepting. Throughout the process, she was attentitive to my intent and was taking time to listen and understand why I was selling and what I wanted to achieve with the sale. She was providing honest feedback with different options I could take in preparation of the sale, constantly working as an advisor rather than just a selling agent. With her efforts and ownership, I was aware every step of the way on the other side of the country and never felt I was without information regarding the status of how the sale was going on.
