Theresa helped me through the process from the start to the finish. Anytime I needed anything I could shoot her a text, phone call, or email. She is always quick to answer and to respond. If it is something she has to check back with she finds out almost faster than humanly possible. We talked about what kind of home I wanted and my price range and as there were new listings we went out for a look. I quickly learned that sometimes a picture and a description doesn't do a home any justice. Many times the online pictures and description is better than the home actually is. I vividly remember walking into many homes and taking a few steps around and thinking that this can't be the same house.... During the closing we ran into some problems with the house and Theresa gave me some very useful and helpful guidance towards a great negotiation. For the price range and what I could afford for a home I couldn't be any happier. I picked out the qualities that I wanted most in a home and we found it. When I decide to buy another home, or I hear that friends are looking for a home I always refer them to Theresa. In my mind no one else is better equipped to help you through this new chapter in your life!
