Scott was recommended to us by one of his neighbors. We are so grateful for her advice. Scott was perfect for our situation. Our buying process was a little complicated because most of it was long distance. I live in Boston and was working with a friend in Door County to buy a place. Scott was invaluable. He knew the local market, was willing to work with the my friend in Wisconsin as well as with me in Boston. He helped us zero in on properties that truly fit our need. He took the time to find out what our goals and limits were and tailored the search to properties that were appropriate and in our price range. Once we found the best house for us, he was an absolutely terrific negotiator. Because of him, we got a house we are happy with at a price we could afford.
