Adam Adler was recommended to me by my mortgage lender after hearing I didnt have a good experience with my last realtor. For example, my prior realtor would take multiple days to get back to me to schedule showings and by the time I heard from her, the houses were sold. Adam understands the urgency in a market like this one and was quickly available to look at 1 or multiple new listings. My mortgage lender told me that Adam is his go-to realtor when he has any questions, because he knows the answer or where to find it quickly. I found this to be true. Adam did a fantastic job for us, and I would HIGHLY recommend him as your realtor. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process of both selling my current home and purchasing a new one. He had beautiful photos taken of the house I was selling and sold it for more than I was expecting to. He told us some quick things to update before listing it, which would help in a quick sale. We ended up pushing our listing date back a week due to poor weather, and he didnt have a problem with it at all. We had 20 showings in 2 days and he was able to help me negotiate an offer above asking price. While looking at houses to buy, he found issues in basements and kitchens that I wouldnt have expected to look for. He was very thorough in looking at things I wouldnt have thought to, and even found issues the seller was obviously trying to cover up like signs of prior flooding or mold. He was very honest and obviously not just trying to sell me a home to get a quick commission. Adam also knew which issues in a house were easy to fix or inexpensive to have fixed, and which things would be a bigger issue. He would check in periodically while we were waiting for the closing on my new purchase to see how it was going and if I had questions, and checked in again about a month after the sale was complete. Not that I am looking to move again anytime soon, but I wouldnt definitely hire Adam again and was beyond impressed by the work he did for us.

Adam Adler came highly recommended by close friends. There is no other way to say it, he is absolutely AMAZING!!! Truly, whatever it takes to get the job done.Adam took the time to listen to my whole situation. His compassion and understanding were just what i needed, I had given up all hope, the home was scheduled to go to Sheriffs sale as part of bankruptcy. Because of his knowledge and expertise he instantly had had several plans of action. Adam made time to meet with me the next day, we looked at the property and discussed options. Anticipating listing the property, Adam brought all the documents needed to start the process with him and I signed on. The next day, Adam contacted the mortgage holder and was successful in getting them to agree to a short sale if he could get them an approved offer before the auction date. With the clock ticking, Adam prepared me for the flurry that would come next. He laid out the listing and showing process for me. In the first five days, there were something like 45-50 requests for a showing.Adam kept me well informed, he would call or send a text to keep me up to date on all progress. As the offers quickly started coming in and additional paperwork needed signatures, Adam was extremely flexible with when and where we could meet to move forward. After and accepted offer, I had the overwhelming task of moving fifty years of "stuff" out of the house so it would be ready to close in time. Adam was there for me in this process too. The "junk" was more than what would fit on the curb. Adam went over and above what i would have ever expected from a business contact; calling to check on my progress, calling in favors to borrow a trailer, then took it to the landfill, calling a colleague to see if a crew the colleague used could come by to help with items in basement. Adam, I thank you, not just for making the short sale happen, but for a fresh start and being able to move on with my life. You have been a blessing and I will always be grateful.
