Stefanie helped us purchase our home back in 2003 and helped us sell it when we were ready to move on 11 years later. When we first met her, we admired her devotion to her clients and her knowledgeable guidance through the confusing process as first time home buyers back then. She was great then, and that has not changed one bit. If anything she has sharpened those skills, and gone on to teach them to her other associates. It's easy to see why she has become a rock-star realtor in the area! Fast forward to our experience in selling our home - which was MUCH more complicated than buying! We had already left the area when the house went up for sale, and had a number of things happen during the time we were not in it, and Stefanie had continuously gone above and beyond with helping us. Not being even closeby, we depended in Stefanie to be our eyes & ears for everything having to do with the property. I can't even begin to explain all she's done for us, so I'll have to simplify it with this: There were issues left from a previous tenant who had not treated the house kindly, and in addition to helping us get it back in shape to put on the market, she also kept a close eye on it during the brunt of our far-from-mild winter which led to a few other things. She let us know of anything that needed to be tended to right away. She was proactive, and always made sure we were in good hands, and she is a master negotiator. In general, Stefanie has fantastic working relationships with just about anyone in the business of taking care of homes. She knows the community inside and out, and advises with utmost honestly and integrity. She treats people fairly and she will always put her clients first. She clearly loves her job, and works excruciatingly hard at it. Stefanie FAR exceeds the level of dedication, compassion, and professionalism one could ever ask, and does so because she truly cares, not about making a buck, but about the people who trust her as their realtor.
