I worked with Brandi on Tiffany's team to sell our parents' house and could not have been more pleased with the experience. With the fact that we haven't been in the house market for a long time, she understood from our initial meeting together exactly what we needed. Brandi took the necessary time to walk us through the entire selling process and was very helpful with providing insight into what we could do to best position our property for the sale. Brandi was readily available to us as much as we needed and certainly made us feel that she was just as invested as we were in the entire transaction, even going so far as to provide names of reputable contractors who could help with some updates. Her hard work and dedication resulted in having an accepted offer only 8 days after it was listed! Overall, Brandi did an amazing job and we would not hesitate to contact her in the future or to recommend Tiffany's team to others. Thank you, Brandi!

We called Tiffany Holtz because of her marketing. Upon calling, we were put in touch with a team member, Lisa VanDynHoven, rather than Tiffany Holtz. Lisa did an outstanding job of selling us on her services and even beat out 2 other realtors we interviewed. After signing the contract with Lisa, the staging, photography, and video appointments were given wrong addresses, or they were not notified of where they were going until the day of the appointment. One of them went to Appleton instead of Green Bay because of the information they were / were not given. The stager, photographer and videographer were extremely professional and did a great job. Coming Soon marketing was discussed prior to signing, which never happened. The for sale sign did not get to the yard until 2 days after listing began, and we needed to follow up to make sure it even happened. Almost all contact except for 3-4 conversations were via brief text messages. Contact was pretty timely. Lisa did make contact with other realtors who brought potential buyers through. When we were concerned about something, answers were vague and the typical response was, "I promise I will sell your home". When you hear, "we have done our job - we have had plenty of showings and traffic through the home", it does not give you confidence in the realtor's enthusiasm or ability to sell your home. We did get a very low offer which was negotiated, the buyer dropped out and then came back later with another offer. Once appraisal and testing occurred, we needed to ask what the results were. In speaking with the buyer, he expressed frustration that his realtor did not receive timely responses, as well. We never heard from Tiffany Holtz throughout the entire process, even after asking several times. Not even an email or text message. Overall, we are very happy the home sold and the process is complete.
