Mike is a master at his job. He makes a person feel right at home with him. He does go that extra mile, a person talks about, for you. Willing to make the sale happen at all costs---which may be him alone. Great presentation to potential buyers and to other realtors. He was always letting me know what was happening and he also has a crack team behind him that would fill in the blanks. Easy to talk to and has a great understanding of the market and buyers out there wanting to buy your home. This was done by phone and mail and Mike made it a smooth transition and worry free. A little anxiety at times but that made it fun to be selling the condo. I can see why Mike is one of the top dogs on the beach by the way he handles himself with others. I would highly recommend Mike as your realtor but I am just sorry he is in FL and I am in MN. Thanks for "the ride", Mike.

I usually don't do testimonials or referrals but sometimes when someone goes out of their way to make sure things "flow" just right, its worth the time. I think others may benefit from Mike's expertise and commitment to get the job done. For us communication is the key and with today's multitude of ways to connect we found Mike was always willing and able to keep us informed in a variety of ways. Mike really went out of his way to ensure all aspects of the deal was vetted out all before the closing. In the past we have had some horrible closings and no one wants to waste a day sitting in an closing office waiting on something that should have been handled days if not weeks before. The marketing Mike used was high tech and the proof was in the sale. We went under contract in 9 days! Great job Mike!
