Michelle was everything I could hope for in a realtor! My husband and I had listed our home in 2014 and after not selling gave up and rented it out. After out tenants moved out we listed it again with another agency and the house stayed on the market for 7 months with zero interest, we even dropped the listing price twice. I knew I needed a realtor with a larger agency and more experience in Alamogordo so I called Michelle. She has a great reputation in the community, I knew of her from when I volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, she was also a volunteer. I live 3 states away now and had to sell my NM home working with Michelle entirely online or over the phone. She did everything. She looked at the house and told me what she felt could be done to improve my listing. She hired the people to do the work, verified the work they did for me and all I had to do was pay the bill. We listed my home for $500 less than I had it listed with the previous agency and with the small improvements it sold in less than 4 months after hiring Michelle with a full price offer! After having a terribly frustrating experience with two previous realtors and a year and half of being listed Michelle did everything right and got my home sold. I am so grateful for her and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. She worked her butt off for me and it paid off for both of us.
