As first time, "millennial" home buyers, we did a LOT of research on finding a realtor who can not only show us homes, but also hand-hold us through the entire process. All our research pointed to Judy as the best agent for us, and we're glad we went with her for our purchase. For those who've never bought a home before, its about the most stressful and confusing process you can ever go through. However, having the right realtor with the right attitude can alleviate most of that. For us, here's a few things that made a big difference 1) Judy is patient, understanding and responsive. She walked us through each step and was always available, even on weekends when we had all kinds of questions that often went beyond the purview of a realtor. 2) Judy is "real" and grounded. First time buyers often tend to shop for a castle, so its critical that Judy kept us tied to reality and expectations of homes and value over time. 3) We purchased the house as "sale by owner". This means that Judy had to end up consulting both sides and coordinate a lot more of the sale than it would've been dealing with a realtor on the seller side. However, most of this confusion was transparent to us, and the sale was smooth. 4) Judy makes you do your homework :) - this is key to avoid wasting the seller's, buyer's and the agent's time. She asked us to drive around the neighborhood first before selecting a house as a candidate, and that was a good idea. A lot of homes we picked as amazing turned out to be in run down/bad neighborhoods, and driving there first prevented a lot of time being wasted on showings.

Judy is best of the best! She went above and beyond in every aspect of our recent home sale.
