We interviewed several other Realtors and though some gave a nice professional presentation, they ALL wanted to list our home at a much reduced price compared to what we felt it was truly worth. David came to our home, spent a great deal of time researching our home and discussing the current market. He came back a day later and said that we should list the house at a "fair market value" and it would sell. His "fair market value" was way above the competitors and almost $100K above one of those "I will buy your house unseen" companies. We had a full price offer in 2 days!So glad we did not go with another realtor and especially "buy it now" company. I should mention that Zillow has now significantly raised their estimated value since the closing, David Price knew the true value of our home and we got it in 2 days!
