We can't say enough about James Knurek. We were living out of state and moving to CT. We had questions. We had so many houses we wanted to see. We weren't even sure what area we wanted to pursue. James was there with us the whole way. James was so flexible and accommodating with our schedules, and he made himself available to us, in person or by phone, whenever we needed anything. He met us hours after a snowstorm for showings. He changed his schedule around for us to see a house just to fit my husband's limited schedule. He talked us through each of every part of our house during inspection. We really appreciated his knowledge of the area and of homes in general.Whether we found a house online that day that we insisted was "the one" or just had a question about the area, James was insightful and extremely helpful during a hectic time for our family. We felt very fortunate that we connected with James and that he was part of our transition here to CT. We felt secure in the process, and that is because of James. We wish we had a 'James' on the sale of our previous home! We highly recommend James!
