Here's another stellar review for Sharon Sheil. We put our home on the market with another realtor from a popular firm last May. She seemed to be a good stager and I was happy with the price she recommended (because it was higher than I expected). Over the next six months the disappointment with her marketing efforts increased. We received limited activity during these good weather months and it was very disappointing. When no one came to our open house she seriously suggested that everyone must be apple picking. That's not what I wanted to hear and in November (when our contract was up) we knew we had to start fresh.We interviewed Sharon and another realtor with a good reputation. She wasn't hard sell in the first meeting; that's a primary reason we went with her rather than the other person. Sharon came across as confident, competent and more approachable. They both independently came up with the same number and we went on market at a lower, more realistic figure. Even though the weather was inclement and the holidays were upon us, Sharon's huge array of marketing techniques generated a significant number of potential buyers on a consistent basis. Her open houses were well received. We sold the house last week and her efforts were very successful within a short amount of time. Sharon is extremely professional, calming, knowledgeable and very responsive. She knows her business, the market, and is a pleasure to have on your side. The bottom line is if you don't have someone with strong marketing ability, your house is going to take longer to sell, if it sells at all.We had a wonderful experience with her. I would definitely use her if I were buying or selling, and recommend her wholeheartedly.
