Michael and Sharon are a power team around Putnam county. Michael is primarily a buyer's agent and thus our agent in buying a house this fall. He had vast knowledge of houses that he could basically pass for an inspector. Because of that, we learned a lot (like things we could probably do ourselves vs things we should never touch, etc.) as first-time home buyers. But this was not the end of how great they were. The most important quality of a buyer's agent is possibly that he/she should genuinely always be on the buyer's side. Some people would claim that but turned out deceitful. With Michael and Sharon you know that someone would have your back during the most stressful of the home-buying experience. The details of their agency work spoke loudly and you will certainly notice them from the beginning to finish and even after the finish line. I highly recommend them to anyone who would like to call Westchester/Putnam/Dutchess home.
