Where do I begin?! We are first-time home buyers and went into all of this completely unaware of all that goes into purchasing a home. We were blessed enough to find Julia Bauerschmidt, who after graciously showing us a property that we showed up to unannounced, accommodated us and all of our many questions. We immediately decided that Julia was the one who we wanted to be our realtor on this journey. Julia far exceeded all duties and expectations; she was absolutely incredible, accommodating, patient, and absolutely willing to go to bat for us. Late in the process we experienced a few hiccups from the lender (not Coldwell, or associated with Coldwell) and Julia single handedly handled any issues that arose. She put up with my billions of questions per day and made us feel absolutely secure and reassured that Julia had our best interests always in mind. Julia is personable, funny, and will make you feel absolutely confident throughout the entire process. She showed us any property that we inquired about, and reached out to many agencies to put our minds at ease. Coldwell, you have an ace in Julia! We would recommend Julia to anyone and everyone.
