We met Michelle a year ago when we were trying to decide on whether to purchase a home in Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead. Knowing that we were indecisive, Michelle spent several afternoons showing us the Lake Arrowhead area and properties that we were interested in. She objectively described the differences in the two towns. She asked us lots of questions about our family and our lifestyle, what we would use the house for etc. She got to know us pretty well and we eventually decided to focus exclusively on buying a property in the Lake Arrowhead area. Michelle was extremely easy and helpful to work with. She asked the right questions to know exactly what we were looking for and spent hours showing us properties. We had a specific home in mind, in a particular neighborhood, and were working within a budget, so the options were limited. Every time a house came on the market, Michelle was quick to notify us and would go out to look at homes and send us videos and pictures. It took us almost a year to find the right house, and I lost my patience a few times and was tempted to settle for a house that was not quite right for us. Michelle would objectively intervene when she felt we were making decisions out of desperation and would assure us that the right house would come along. We never felt pressure from Michelle, in fact, we felt she was genuinely trying her best to find the absolute right fit for us. She was the best advocate to have leading the way in the search for our house. Finally, we found THE RIGHT house. We fell in love with it and put an offer in right away. Once again, Michelle was objective and thorough with her advice and advocacy throughout the escrow process. Buying a house can be really stressful at times, and Michelle would validate our frustration keeping a calm, cool, and collected approach with us, which always left us feeling that we were in very good hands. She guided us along throughout the entire process, was always available for questions, and gave us sound advice on the houses we were looking at, the different neighborhoods within Lake Arrowhead, and was an absolute rock star during the escrow process. We will use Michelle again to buy or sell any future homes, and will 100% refer her to our friends and family when they decide to become our neighbors....!!!
