Id like to share with you my experiences working with JR Seiwert, the owner of Coldwell Banker, Siewert Realty in Wisconsin Rapids. In the spring of 2011, my husband and I made the decision to take a job transfer that would require selling our house. We had purchased our house during the housing boom five years earlier, and when we met with JR, he presented us with a virtual tour of our house, comparable listings and recently sold properties, and his plan to sell our house. The information that JR presented us was clear and factual, and while the down market would necessitate our taking a loss, JR was confident that our house would sell and we would make up the difference as we purchased in our new location. While the house was on the market, JR was constantly in touch with us. He sent us information about the number of aEURoehitsaEUR? online that his office tracked. He provided us with information about how to stage our home, brought realtors in to tour the house (and those realtors brought their clients) and in the mean time, we watched our listing on the Coldwell Banker real estate show. During the listing period, we were in frequent communication with his office. His staff is knowledgeable and beyond friendly! We appreciated that JR and his staff made sure to pass on feedback about the prospective buyers and their responses to the house.In the mean time, I was planning for my job transfer, and was beginning to think about the realities of an hour and a half commute. We told JR that we were at the point where we just wanted to sell the house, and asked him to calculate a price that would move our house quickly and still be reasonable for us, financially. He came back to us with the suggestion of a price adjustment. Knowing that JR hadnt steered us wrong, we decided to defer to his expertise. In the worst housing market in years, our house was snapped up. In fact, the time between the offer and closing was less than two weeks! You may hear JR describe his office as a aEURoefull serviceaEUR? real estate agency, and it certainly is. In fact, it was during this two week period that JR and his staff proved their tremendous worth. JR and his assistant Mary kept track of numerous details, made sure all the paper work was in order, guided us through a set of negotiations about the repairs to be made to our 97 year old house, and set our mind at ease when the process became stressful. Because we needed to moveaEUR"fastaEUR"JRs office took care of many of the aEURoedetailsaEUR? that we simply didnt have time for. In addition, JR connected us with a very good real estate agent in our new city. At the start of our process, JR suggested that we would make up our loss when we purchased, and indeed, he was right again! Weve worked with other real estate agents before, and nobody has demonstrated the professionalism, unfailing good humor, kindness, and expertise like JR. I'm so glad we placed our trust in JR; we would recommend him to anyone, and couldnt be happier with our selling experience.

As first time buyers to the market it can be very exciting yet scary at the same time. Owning a home is a big responsibility just as returning a clients phone call. Ginger had shown us many homes in the area. However her assistant would schedule multiple showings an hour or more apart and not tell us what time we would be seeing each home. We once received a call from Gingers assistant asking which house we were seeing and at what time because she couldn't remember which clients were seeing what homes. Gingers assistant also canceled the wrong showing for us but later got it corrected. To us we felt a lot of time was wasted with Ginger and seeing some homes as the foundation needed to be replaced, but didn't mention it to us until we were at the property for a showing. Had we'd been told prior to that we would never have gone to see the home. Once we did find a house we liked, we were slow in getting an offer in. They pulled the house from the market. I called and left a message for Ginger to call us back to see another home and a week went by without any return call. Apparently our money isn't good enough.
