Sophia was absolutely amazing to work with. My boyfriend and I were buying a starter home and needed guidance along the way. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about all the properties we were viewing as well as the overall process. As new home owners, we had no clue who to call for the inspections or good contractors for renovations. She was able to provide us with a list of well respected businesses to work with. She is extremely flexible with her schedule and is willing to drive anywhere to show you a house at the end of the work day. By far, the best part of working with Sophia was her personalized attention and constant communication. She communicates well via email/text/phone call. And l felt so comfortable asking her any silly questions. I highly recommend working with Sophia. And we will be using her in the future when searching for our forever home!

If you?re looking for a realtor to be 100% for you and on your side, Sophia is the one for you! Our hunt to buy a house was beyond stressful with being outbid on our first offer and searching in a very small area, but Sophia was always there reassuring us that the perfect house would come along...and it did! After getting our offer accepted we ran into every obstacle possible including, but not limited to, the bank incorrectly submitting our paperwork not once, not twice, but three times. Because of all of the delays with the bank and grant we were going through, it ended up being a stressful 4 month process from the time of the offer to the closing date. When I tell you that Sophia was there for us for EVERYTHING in between, I mean EVERYTHING....the bank knew her number and mine without caller ID. In all seriousness, we wouldn?t have chosen anyone else to get the job done and neither should you!
