Craig's knowledge of the Tahoe market is excellent, and he knows all aspects of selling a home giving what I considered to be excellent advice through the process. As someone who teaches courses on negotiation, I noted that he did make a few missteps on that aspect, but later in our work together our approach became more collaborative with my making suggestions and his using his market knowledge as to how to incorporate those into a strategy. Craig is in high demand and does not always respond promptly to communications (i.e. calls--he may do better with texts which I don't like), but the very competent associates in the Zager Group are better able to respond promptly. Overall, my experience in working with Craig and his group was excellent, and I would utilize his services and those of his group again.
