Jeff did a wonderful job for us. He was honest and up front from the moment we met. A friend of mind in South Nags Head recommended him to market our rental property, and I couldn't be happier. I've bought and sold investment houses in OBX since 2000 and Jeff by far exceeded any other realtor I've had the pleasure and in some cases displeasure to work with. Upon agreeing to list with Jeff, he immediately hired a professional photographer who took both indoor and outdoor photos, as well as arial shots from a drown - very impressive spread! He immediately listed the house and folks started rolling in for a look.He helped me through the negotiation on several offers. He was not afraid to voice his opinion, which I agreed with most the time, but never felt upset when I didn't agree with everything he was recommending, or thought a different angle may work. We had a very fluid relationship from the start!I really enjoyed working with Jeff - just a nice guy, period!!
