We were looking to buy a vacation home in Carolina Beach from another part of the state and didnt know any agents in the area. We contacted Cori based on all her stellar reviews and very quickly decided she was the agent for us. Within a few days of an initial introductory call, Cori arranged appointments to show us numerous properties that fit within our criteria and budget. She was patient as we looked at each property, noting any questions and our feedback. We promptly found our dream vacation home and Cori was helpful and very responsive as we negotiated with the seller. She was also very helpful during the closing process in recommending a closing attorney and local insurance agents. She videotaped a final walk-through so we didnt have to be present and helped a remote close go very smoothly.
