Holly is the ultimate realtor to work with especially for those military members coming to the Jacksonville area!! My family and I were beginning our military travel orders all the way from California to North Carolina and were extremely stressed about our living situation. This is where Hollys amazing worth ethic, professionalism, and genuineness came into play in how she personally helped our family. Without hesitation, Holly always sprang into action to head to homes to take videos and pictures since we were on the west coast. I have done 6 transactions with her within 1 yr. Her comps are the most accurate ive seen every appraisal has been spot on. Her negotiation skills always bring us to the negotiation table with us gaining the upper hand.
