I have done 6 transactions with her within 1 yr. Her comps are the most accurate ive seen every appraisal has been spot on. Her negotiation skills always bring us to the negotiation table with us gaining the upper hand. Knowledge wise, she is very thorough and knows all the intricacies of real estate deals ie. tax liens, unpaid taxes, old roofs, hvacs, house history, hoa fees, insurance quotes etc. in addition she has very experienced mentors that she uses as subject matter experts when additional expertise is needed in turn giving you a whole real estate team working for you.
