Laura Mathis is the real estate agent I would wholeheartedly recommend for anyone looking to buy a home. Her attention to detail was invaluable to me in my home search, offer, construction, and closing process. She was always my advocate, always looked out for my interests in the entire home buying process. Being out of state, I had limited time to see potential houses. Laura came ready with an itinerary to see as many houses as possible in the limited time I had. Her thoughtfulness to have snacks and drink available for me as we went house looking was appreciated. I ended up choosing a new construction home. Laura stayed on top of the construction process, kept me in the loop, and updated me on the progression of the house. She made sure all my requests were followed and any concerns were addressed. She went that extra mile by going to the construction site several times to take pictures. This was especially important to me since I did not live in state and was not able to observe the progression of the home construction. These pictures allowed me to feel connected to my new home.
