Being first time home buyers during such a crazy market, was very overwhelming at first. Our realtor Denise quickly helped us get up to speed on what we needed to do. Homes would go on the market and then be sold the next day, but Denise would always keep us competitive and tell us the realty of what it will take to get each home. With such a short time to make decisions on whether to make an offer on a home or not, it was really helpful to get honest feedback from Denise on how she felt each home aligned with what we were looking for.
