After two false starts with the wrong agents, Alexis was truly a breath of fresh air. She jumped right in and created a fresh marketing plan that presented the houses assets in an attractive manner. It was advertised we'll both locally and on the Internet to catch potential buyers attention with lots of photos. She dealt with offers and negotiations professionally and promptly, and we were always informed as to what was going on. My only regret is that we did not hire her sooner.
