Carrie was fantastic to work with throughout our entire selling process. She gave helpful tips to get the house ready for showing, had a professional photographer come in and do the pictures for the listing on MLS, and really did guide m us through every step - from septic inspections, to finding someone willing to come in and clean after the kids and I were fully moved out, to how or when we change over our water and electric service. We showed our house for maybe 2-3 weeks and we had two offers. One we accepted and it went to sale! couldn't have asked for a more down to earth, easy going person with whom to work. Couple that attitude and flexibility with her knowledge of local real estate, list of people willing to get in and get stuff done, and what seemed like a 24/7 work schedule - Carrie not only got our house sold, but got it sold quickly, saving us so much stress! Which could have been crazy because we were conversing from NC to CA for the last month of closing, paperwork, touch-ups, etc. Thank you Carrie!
