In July 2013, I finally closed on my Old Town Condo in Key West. The process started a couple of years back when Sean showed me a listing that I was interested in. Sean stood by my side for all this time, as I looked at real estate listing daily and asked questions after question along the way. I asked Sean to recommend someone at the beginning for financing, who then helped me determine the price range I needed to stay within and what I needed to do to increase my range in the future. I watched the market go up and down and up again and the inventory reduced down to almost nothing. I was very set on Old Town only, the property requirements and limited to a certain price range, which made the process long and hard. I would contact Sean as I saw listings that sparked my interest and Sean would contact me as he saw new listing that fit my requirements. As inventory reduced down and bank financing became more difficult, my dream felt like it was never going to happen. Sean would always keep me encourage by telling me that "We will find the perfect place". Once the offer was accepted, Sean continued to stay very hands on throughout the closing process and played a critical role in making my closing a reality. I'm thankful now that the process took so long, because I absolutely love my new place a billion times more than any other listing I saw along the way. Sean said we would find the perfect place when the time was right and he was right! I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell!
