Steve was an outstanding realtor on several fronts. First, Steve saw value in our property that we did not see. His understanding of the area and the market was the first step in convincing us he knew the local market. The second part was that the data he provided backed up his claims. His homes sold for more than the asking price and among the highest per sf amounts (although square footage is not the only metric). He saw a significantly higher value in our property than many other realtors and this was a strong factor in our choice. Steves full service and paying for staging, inspections, dump hauls and so on, made it easy and fast to get all these tasks done with a minimum of hassle. His support team was well versed in what he wanted and were fast and efficient. Another important factor was selling 100% as is. Again, this minimized the level of effort, expense and wasted time on everybodys part. Whereas some realtors suggested a new outside paint job and this would have taken 1-2 weeks elapsed time, Steve read the market correctly and determined that this enhancement or any others would not pay back in kind. Lastly, but very importantly, we found that we worked well with Steve. He is friendly, efficient, dependable and nice to deal with. He was always available for a question. And, finally Steve did was he said he was going to do. We had a fast, well organized, and fairly smooth selling process (as much as one can have in the selling of a home). I think in choosing Steve youll have a similar experience.
